I specialize in the conservation and restoration of all manner of ceramic objects, including porcelain, stoneware, faience, terra cotta, etc… From neolithic to contemporary. Whether the client desires a simple mending or a more complex “invisible” restoration, I always strive for the highest quality result. Wherever possible, bonding and fillings are done in such a way that only minimal painting and glazing are required to make them vanish.
Many clients ship pieces to me via FedEx, DHL and UPS. I am also willing to travel to a job site if that is the best option. Studio visits are by appointment only.
As a member of the American Institute for Conservation, I adhere to their Code of Ethics and Guidelines for Practice.
